隆冬时节，一场突如其来的大雪装点岁末的泉城；年关渐近，一次红火洋溢的盛会孕育成长的起航。1月27日晚，由哈林英语篮球学校主办的年终聚会在济南鱼翅皇宫大酒店火热召开，山东贺瑞斯特体育文化传播有限公司董事长邵珠合带领训练营全体教练员、工作人员组织并参与了此次盛会。年会邀请训练营学员及家长出席，大家欢聚一堂，提前鸣响新年的号角。
会上，教练员、学员同台竞技，奉献了类似花球表演等异彩纷呈的节目，年会氛围高潮迭起。同时，邵珠合董事长回首哈林2017走过的风雨历程，展望2018年愿景与希望，并宣布以国际化篮球、体育产业、体育与教育三大模块为研究领域的哈林研究院正式成立。

哈林的名讳，总以为与那群着装艳丽、玩转篮球于鼓掌之间的洋人有些许关联。实则不然，哈林英语篮球学校，诞生于2016年7月，是山东第一家最专业的英语篮球教学训练营，主要面向中小学生举办以“打篮球，学英语”为主题的青少年篮球、英语培训活动。是全国唯一拥有全职外教、全职中教的英语篮球学校，已获得外专局颁发聘请外国专家资质证书。

哈林英语篮球训练营外教Marko Erakovic
哈林团队中有位塞尔维亚籍教练，名叫Marko Erakovic。Marko拥有典型的东欧人特质，身材高大、浓眉大眼、膀大腰圆，说是彪形大汉一点不为过。然而白皙面庞下泛着的些许红光，却为这位八尺“糙汉子”增添了几分可爱。总喜欢以微笑示人的他，细看起来，是那种夹杂着慈祥的憨厚。
Marko毕业于诺维塞德大学爱都肯斯学院篮球教练专业，是团队中的明星人物。他会让孩子们感受不同于国内的欧美式教育模式，提供让孩子勇敢说英语的课堂气氛，打造属于孩子们的专属英语篮球乐园，使孩子们充分感受美国的快乐训练法。小学员围绕在其周围，仿仿佛冲破国籍、语言、人种的界线，那一刻，是篮球这项运动最核心闪光点的绽放。而他本人作为篮球强国塞尔维亚的专业运动员，希望能与中国的篮球文化产生联动，让中塞友谊在运动中得到升华。提及对于学员的寄语，Marko表示：“优秀的运动员，在现实生活中也会成为有价值的个体，希望学员们通过打篮球能摒弃孤单的意识，充分享受团队的乐趣，同时借助运动这项载体，让自己未来的生活变得更加美好”。
家长感悟，受益终身
在哈林众多的篮球学员中，有名特殊的孩子，名叫王梓晓，小名鱼儿。外表看起来与常人并无二异，而其实他是先天性的过敏体质。据其母亲辛女士介绍，鱼儿每到秋冬季节，就容易受环境影响引发哮喘，甚至因此而窒息。上班时间幼儿园老师的电话铃声成了辛女士和丈夫的警报提示音，每当此时，他们必须第一时间赶到学校给孩子用上喉喷及扩张气管的药，否则就很有可能危及生命。

百日筑基，梦想起航
体育的本质在于锻炼身体，培养人格，做体育是一场伟大的修行。哈林英语篮球训练营坚持一切为了孩子的原则，设立Parents Consulting Team（家长咨询委员会），一方面增强家校沟通，及时反馈孩子的学习和心理状态，形成家校联动；另一方面接受家长的建议和意见，便于更好培养孩子。
